Create Internal Biology Project
Project code format: IN-AB-DR-001. Quick spoken reference: DR-001. Experiments roll as IN-AB-DR-001-E1 and figures as IN-AB-DR-001-E1-F1.
1. Morning Work Plan
Submit today’s plan either as a new experiment or as a continuation of an existing experiment under the selected project.
2. Protocol Followed / Day Record
Select the experiment code and continue/record the protocol, result, evidence, figures, and day-wise progress under the same experiment number.
3. Experiment Conclusion / Review
Record the scientific conclusion after reviewing the result. Admin, CSO, and Super Admin can add review comments and suggested next experiment.
Protocol Master / Catalogue Setup
Admin, CSO, and Super Admin can add protocol templates, catalogue numbers, and standard service prices. These are used later by the quotation team for project packages.

Inventory Management
Central batch/lot control: batch number and lot number are generated only by the backend inventory engine and follow one format throughout G2P OPS. Production enters only batch size / produced amount; QC receives the auto-generated lot. This tab is only for catalogue inventory, batch assignment, lot visibility and QC report download. Quotation-created inventory requests are kept only in the separate Awaited Inventory Requests tab.
Product-wise Inventory Table
Production view: enter/update batch size and send a batch to QC. QC view: see the auto batch number and all QC lots for that batch. Sample-pack products use the parent product batch and do not need a separate batch.

Quotation-created inventory requests are listed here separately for the Quotation team. This gives visibility on products requested in quotes and their current Production/QC readiness without opening the Production Inventory screen.

Price Management
Admin/CSO only. This is the master list price, separate from quotation discounts. Sample-pack prices are always kept at zero. Every price change now stores and displays a Price Updated Date, even when only one product is changed.
This changes the master product price only. Dealer/customer quote discounts should still be applied separately during quotation.
